Processing Time

This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. All orders received by 1pm EST will be processed on the same business day, and orders received after 1pm EST will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Methods & Cost

All orders will ship within 1 business day of fulfillment. Shipping method and cost will depend on your destination. You can estimate your shipping costs on the Cart page.

USA Shipping

For the USA, we offer Standard Shipping (5-7 days) and Express Shipping (2 days) options.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via all major carriers. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid address and phone number for delivery. Florious is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times, as this is beyond our control.

Delivery Rejections

If a delivery is rejected by the customer and the package is returned to us by the courier, we will process a refund for store credit minus any shipping charges by the courier. 


Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. Returns must be made at your own cost, and we suggest using a trackable service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product, please contact us to verify your eligibility for a store credit.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, or that you have received damaged or faulty products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will be happy to issue you a refund or a replacement.

Orders purchased with Afterpay are only eligible for store credit.

Unfortunately, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please note that while we do our best to accommodate any changes to orders, any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
